The production of Ma Boul'Ange brioches is subject to the strictest compliance with the bakery tradition, from preparation and baking time through to 'hand-plaiting'.

Ma Boul'Ange takes the greatest care in selecting the ingredients that go into the making of its products. It is the quality of the ingredients and a certain savoir-faire, which produce the quality of the end result. And you'll have no trouble spotting them, as they are clearly stated on the packaging!

Recognised quality
Ma Boul'Ange was the first Vendée Brioche manufacturer to be awarded Certified Quality Criteria certification and its production sites have been IFS-certified (International Food Standard) since 2006.

Vendée quality
Ma Boul'Ange respects the requirements of the IGP label (Protected Geographical Indication), an official European mark of origin and quality, which serves to protect geographical denominations and helps to determine the origin of a food product, when some of its specificity is derived from that origin.
